Flapper's Big Toe

Last week while Flapper and I were sitting on the couch, I noticed his middle toe looked extra big.

See? That's just not normal.
So we took a trip to the Veterinarian to get some medicine.

You have a mild infection. It's a good thing we caught it early.
Flapper, the vet said you should take a warm bath and keep your toe really clean, okay?

"I can do that. I'm an expert at baths."
 |
"Can you see me now?"
 |
"How about now? Can you still see me now?"
Yes Flapper. I can still see you.
 |
"I think splashing is good for my toe. Don't you think?"
 |
"You know what would really help my toe, Mom? French fries."
Nice try, Flapper. But no. You have antibiotics to take for your toe. Not french fries.
