Flapper to the Vet / The Girls Venture Out / O'Malley's Head

"Hello there! I went to the vet today, but I'm fine. They love me at the vet's office. I think I might just be their favoritest duck ever. It's not surprising as I am very charming. But still, I work hard at being cute." |

"Wait a minute! This is not a hug! Hey now, I thought I was your favorite?!" Flapper had a keel split injury but it is already healing fine. Since we were at the vet anyway, we had a blood test done to check on Flapper's general health. |

Hi Petunia Peach! Nice to see you and Phoebe Kay out of the pen. When Flapper returned from the veterinarian's office, the new girls were out foraging on the lawn. It's great to see them out and about since they are still pretty skittish. |

"I'm still acting casual. Not really paying any attention to them." Good idea, Flapper. |

"Oh hey, ladies. Nice to see you today." |

"Kozmo! Don't get too close! You're going to scare them back in the pen!" |

Petunia Peach & Phoebe Kay foraged on the lawn (mud) for bugs. |

"Hey ladies! Want to swim?" |
 |
"Okay let's get back to the pen." |

"Nice going Kozmo. You blew it." |
 |
"Next time you stick behind me and be my wing man." |
 |
"Thank you for the cracked corn and other treats." - Petunia Peach |

"Please tell our friends at Mountain Mom Rescue 'hi' next time you see them." I'd be happy to do that for you, Petunia. |

"We were so close... and yet... so far." |

"They weren't ever really that close." |
 |
"What are you yelling at me for? I was just saying hi to the ladies." Georgie is not too happy that Kozmo is giving attention to the new girls. |

O'Malley just joins in the arguments for fun. |
 |
"Okay okay. I'm sorry, okay? I apologize." Good move, Kozmo. |
 |
"Everything seems to be back to normal now." |
 |
"Nothing more to see here, really. Come back next week okay?" |

"What's up, mom?" O'Malley's head has curls on top and he is starting to get more of a muscovy mask. |
 |
"Do you have any treats for me?" The curls stand up sometimes when Malley is alert! |
 |
"You should have seen Kozmo with the new girls... ha ha... he's so funny." Malley also puffs out his chin when he talks. |
 |
"You have a bag of peas there, don't you?" And then the head crest goes back up. |
 |
"Ooooh I love peas!" Here it is at FULL CREST. Even the back of it puffs out. |
