You're right, Koz is done with being pinched and stitched. He looks so peaceful and happy and resolved to accept his fate and embrace the short period of happiness he's sharing with you. What a bravely little trooper. When he goes, I think he will want to go in his Duck Mommy's arms and be remembered fondly by Flapper and his fellow duckies. P.S. But he's hanging on even in this tough time, that is a miracle in itself. I don't want to see him go either, I can so relate to your feelings. It is a difficult decision, but you still have time. Good to hear that Kozzie is feeling well all things considered. Let him enjoy his last Summer for as long as he can, and better for you too I think. You will have good times to look back on when he's no longer with us. I wished I could do something to help ease the pain, it must be so diffcult to look at him knowing that he can't get better. If the time comes when you feel and Kozzie feels that it is better to let go, please tell me before the dreadful moment. I want to be there in spirit with you and my big friend.
