Franky Tank Checks In
Look who checked in!

It’s Frank!
Frank’s human emailed us to say that he is doing well.

Frank’s muscovy friends are still with him, too, though they are more grown-up now than this older photo. Frank has been leading them on field trips down the road, and the neighbors all called to report him, thankfully. So now the driveway to Frank’s house is fenced off so he can’t take the kids on field trips anymore. I was not surprised, as Frank has always had a bit of wanderlust, as you remember.
Other than the field trips, Frank is behaving himself.

We are happy to hear Frank is doing well. And we wish him and his muscovy buddies all the best.
Thanks for the update, Erin (Frank’s human).

Aw, It’s so good to see Frank again and to hear that he has settled in and leads a happy life. Makes me happy too, cause I like this boy (I wished he was mine;-).
Good work Frank the Tank, I wish you a long and prosperous life. Check in again from time to time, okay?:-)
Its so good to see Frank turning out well. What a handsome duck he has turned out to be!
Tankasaurus! Funny, I was just asking about him the other day. Although he’s no longer an official resident of Chez Flapper, I’ll always feel a connection with him and wish him the best. He’s got a lovely family. Thanks, Erin, for the update — keep them coming!
His dinosaur talons are almost as formidable as Malley’s.
Oh, speaking of Frank’s wanderlust, I finally read Wesley the Owl, and a scene in the book reminded me of you, Tiff, and made me laugh. Remember the part where she found a barn owl family on the roof of some building, felt sorry for the overworked dad, and tried to hurl some dead mice onto the roof so dad could get a break from hunting? And some teenagers thought she had lost her mind.
Reminded me of the time you were sprinkling corn on a guy’s lawn to lure Frankie down, and the homeowner stared at you incredulously from his window.
Ah, yes…the things we do for our feathered friends!
It’s a bird! It’s a plane! No, it’s Frankie Tank, thrilling his new momma about once a week. LOL Frankie, the grass is not greener, trust me.
