Confused
Sam can’t figure out how to get to Chewy to bite him.
Chewy has been a little bit of a pest to Sam, and Sam chases him whenever he can. Chewy will interrupt Sam whenever he tries to hit on his girlfriend Lily. Chewy will literally run over and push him away from Lily. Chewy really shouldn’t do that as Sam weighs a LOT more than him and is good at ripping out his tail feathers.
Good thing there’s a fence between them.

It seems it’s the male ducks that do this type of thing moreso in the mating season which of course – it’s the mating season. I got to see 7 baby ducks and mother coming across a major highway in Shoreline this week. All traffic stopped. It was awesome.
Nothing new under the sun unfortunately. I am close to keeping my drakes apart for a year now:-( It’s not a super ideal solution, but it works, none of the drakes has a chance to kill eachother. Maybe they will settle down in a little bit, I hope they do.
ChooChoo! Scandal! I am hardly surprised that these two are fighting over such a beautiful duck as Miss Lily, though.
Is it just me or does Sam have a rather mischievous look on his face most of the time?
