Just so u know Petunia, Nibbles first egg after her big surgery was weird too. Soft and leathery. Her body was using her calcium stores to mend bones not make perfect eggs. Her eggs in this clutch were perfect just not a big clutch. Both you girls went thru a traumatic event. Glad things came out well.
