He got himself so worked up, he was panting by the time we got there...three miles away. He's as bad as that. He occasionally get so fired up that he makes this loud, deep noise that almost sounds like barking. What a drama queen. :( I took Elvis for a check up on Friday. My cat harvey is 3x louder than Simon and it's much worse on me than it is on him. it brings me to tears almost each time. Luckily Harv is in good health and only goes once a year. I'm glad that Simon is doing good and nothing serious. Most cats hate going to the vet.
