It must be a relief that he's so easy to handle and cooperative. He looks good and I hope he feels better soon. Give him a hug from me. It's still terribly cold in Holland, we've had a mild thaw for a couple of days but now the frost is back and the ducks are staying in their shelters all day. The hihglight of the day is when I treat them on meal worms, I'm buying big portions lately to keep everyone happy. It should get better in a couple of days. I can commiserate with Flapper on the scar tissue. I had foot surgery years ago and the scar tissue caused nerve damage. So the surgery which was supposed to correct a painful injury just wound up causing me more pain. Unfortunately they can't make it go away very easily. He is one amazing duck.
