Thinking of you and your mom and sending positive thoughts and healing vibes. Tiff, i'm wondering if a different PH diet might help Flapper's kidneys right now. Maybe the vet will know. One of our cats is on a special diet, and for life, because of kidney and urinary issues, and it has made all the difference in the world. I'm so glad that when the pain is managed, Flapper is more like his old self, swimming, eating, and all that good stuff. That sounds encouraging. Hang in there you two. hugs. Poor Flapper.
