Flapper the Duck at 2 Weeks Old
Man that's a great nose. More adorable every day.
Ducks have an oil gland on
the top of their tail. Here is Flapper getting oil on his chin
to distribute to...
...his (or her) belly. This way he won't sink when he swims in his wading pool.
That beak moves faster than my camera lens.
Anything is edible to Flapper. Twigs. Dirt. Cat whiskers. Toes. You name it.
After a swim in the wading pool it's time for a nap on my lap.
